Retired Physician Staffer

A Utah native, Amy has spent all but 3 years living in Utah. She has a love of all things outdoors including gardening, hiking, boating, fishing, camping, biking, skiing, beekeeping and golf. After a satisfying career in physician staffing, Amy retired early and has spent most of the years since growing and ultimately selling a family-owned lodging business in the Flaming Gorge Recreation Area. She now has the time and capacity to further her interests in growing food, keeping bees and growing her skill set in creating stained glass art. Amy is looking forward to assisting Wasatch Community Gardens move their mission forward to empower people to grow and eat healthy, organic, local food. She is passionate about the relationship of healthy food and well being.
